This eighth-floor gem has been perfectly set up to address every need during your vacation from the well-stocked kitchen with updated appliances to the handy coffee bar in the dining area. The property’s open concept living and dining room is ideal for entertaining friends or enjoying family game night around the table and the emerald views of the Gulf can be seen from floor to ceiling windows.
The couch is a sofa sleeper if you need an extra spot for the kiddos. The same gorgeous water views can also be seen from the peaceful primary suite where you can wake up to them or enjoy them while catching up on a book in the cozy lounger. The primary bathroom is the best place to relax after a long day at the beach with the jetted tub and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a spa like atmosphere with its billowy bedding and is convenient to the second bathroom. The spacious balcony facing the Gulf offers plenty of seating to enjoy a cocktail or even that first cup of joe in the morning.
Whatever your vacation plans are this property will be the perfect starting point!
The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. And there are community gas and charcoal grills and enough parking for two vehicles!

This place was absolutely perfect for my wife and I to have a little R&R. The condo is in great shape and a very attractive location. Had no issues while there and the balcony was perfect for hearing the waters and feeling the gulf breezes. If you catch this place available, it is perfect for up to 4 people. We found a real gem here. So thankful for the hosts who offer this condo for stays!!!

This is a beautiful rental with incredible views of the gulf! We arrived in Navarre earlier than expected and were planning to eat and go to the grocery store to kill time until check in. We received a text that the unit was ready which was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. We would 100% recommend this unit to anyone travelling to Navarre. The only negative about the trip, which has nothing to do with unit, was the amount of people on the beach. It was very crowded, three rows deep with umbrellas which is not how I remember it. Navarre was once the undiscovered, serene coastal town. It seems the population from the eastern panhandle has drifted west. I will definitely return and stay in this unit, just not at peak season!

Love Love Loved our first stay at the Pearl 803. First off the ladies were always working, cleaning and telling people (kindly) get their **** drinks out the pool! I loved seeing not one dog or cat!!! yay!! The condo felt like home. I slept so good and the view cannot be beat. BAD things: the sheets are way too rough....and sadly, Juan needs a vacation or a raise, can't decide which one. Thats another story. Yes, Juan, the umbrella and chair guy. The nice lady at Paradise Homes was welcoming and full of positive energy...just what someone wants when they are on vacation. Will we be back? Definitely! Paradise Homes and the Pearl are perfect in my book!

We stayed in Unit 803 and it was beautiful. The condo smelled so fresh and clean and was immaculate. The view was awesome!! Also it was a nice surprise to check in at 3 o'clock as the condo was ready. The only thing I would recommend is new washer and dryer. The clothes wouldn't dry on the selected cycle so I had to keep drying the clothes. It could be.that the overhead vents are clogged with lint. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo om the future!! Office personel aers very friendly!!

The view. The high chairs on the balcony. The cleanliness. The beds. All rated highly. Not the most modern accommodations. But a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again. Great pool. No noise from neighbors. We booked an extra night. See dolphins and manta rays. Crab Island and some of the best seafood I have ever eaten within walking distance or less than 30 minutes away. The Grillhouse. Juanas. Windjammer. Oh my.

We thought the condo was nicely updated and provided everything we needed. Condo could use some area rugs to reduce the amount of sand tracked throughout condo. Unfortunately we had to leave a day earlier because of death in family.

Our rental experience was truly awesome. The property was clean and in very good order when we arrived. It was just what we wanted! Very spacious and well decorated. We loved the amenities that were provided, especially in the kitchen. We had everything we needed to make meals there. The location was perfect - right on the beach and the pools were awesome as well. We loved the pools as much as the beach! We spent most of the time right there at the property, but we did find some good restaurants with seafood that we enjoyed!
