Unit B6 at Regency Cabanas is a beautiful and spacious Gulf front townhome with four-bedrooms, three-bathrooms, sleeping 10 people and amazing Gulf views.
The main level offers a dream of a kitchen with double island, gas stove and stainless appliances, making cooking a breeze. The kitchen is open to the dining area, which seats 10, and the living area, which includes a huge TV, comfortable seating and Gulf views. Enjoy the spacious Gulf front deck off of the living area with additional dining space and seating. Also on the main level is the laundry room with washer and dryer and extra fridge, bedroom 1 which has a queen bed, TV and private balcony, and the main level bathroom.
The upper level has two more guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and TV and the other with two queen beds and TV, a hall bath and the master suite. The Gulf front master bedroom is spacious with a king bed, TV and private bath with large steam spa shower, soaking tub, double vanities and TV. Relax and enjoy the view from the hot tub on the upper level deck off of the master bedroom.
Other amenities in this unit include complimentary wireless internet, Vizio soundbars with Bluetooth and speakers throughout, ice maker, gas grill and garage. The garage even has a ping pong table for tons of family fun!
Enjoy access to two swimming pools and dune walkover for beach access at the Regency Cabanas complex. Shopping, entertainment and dining are easily accessible from Regency Cabanas townhomes.

7/30-8/6/22 Plenty of space for 5 adults and 4 children. Some of my favorite perks were: elevator, views from balcony, distance to beach and no crowds, the entire complex was very quiet, sound system was amazing, beds were very comfortable, we stayed in and cooked every night so, the appliances were awesome, the garage was stocked with a beach wagon and tons of beach stuff and toys for kids, too many great things to list!

We had a wonderful time with our 2 sons’ families at the Regency Cabanas Townhouse. The view of the gulf is spectacular from the living room/dining room and the master suite. Accommodations were very comfortable . They provided everything we needed. With 6 young grandchildren the elevator and the large garage space with toys were great additions!

We had a great time at the Regency Cabanas. The staff at check in was very nice and helpful. The condo was stocked with everything that you would need and a bonus (the ping pong table). It was very clean and everything was in working order. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything about this property is great, which is why we keep coming back to it - kids and grandkids - 10 people. The only item that was missed was cleaning/wiping the plexiglass panels for the guard rails on the balconies. The kitchen was extremely well appointed as everything else was spotless. I have recommended it to friends and will continue to do so.

The photos of the property cannot do it justice. Upon walking in we were completely amazed at how beautiful the condo is. Being literal steps from the beach is just a bonus to how amazing everything inside is. The kitchen is very well stocked with all of the pots/pans/accessories that you will need to make any meal in the absolutely stunning kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also just as amazing. The garage is massive and well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, games, etc.. We had 4 adults and six (kids) between 15-20 staying and we all had plenty of room to spread out. Located on an extremely quiet part of the beach so we could enjoy everything the area had to offer with out all of the large amount of hotel and hi-rises condo guests crowding us.

Everything about Regency Cabana afforded us a most relaxing and comfortable stay. Upon entering you have a most fabulous view of the beach! A large and double island kitchen that was well stocked with dishes, pots, utensils and 2 refrigerator s which really came in handy. The place was very clean and the elevator came in handy. As well as a garage that accommodated 4 vehicles. Did I mention the beautiful decor? So visually pleasing to all the senses. I truly look forward to my family visiting again!!

This place is right on the beach with gorgeous ocean views through the floor to ceiling windows. As a family that travels a lot, the gigantic garage and private elevator are of the utmost convenience. It is so nice to just pull in and unload into the elevator after a 10 hour drive. Everything was clean, functional, and luxurious. The house and it's views are far more impressive than the photos. Lots of room to spread out and we love how you can just walk out the back door and be right on the beach. We didn't want to leave!

The townhouse was absolutely beautiful. Wonderful beach view, we saw dolphins from the balcony. As close to the beach as you could get, only a little walk over the dunes. High end furnishings and appliances. The only small complaint I had was the cleaning company could have done a better job. At first glance the bathrooms looked clean but as I wiped the showers and floors down my rag was black. Not the cleaning crews job, but a few of the dishes were dirty, I rewashed everything before I used it.

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. This home is beautiful and very spacious. It was well stocked with all of the things we needed to have a fantastic holiday at the beach! The only downside was not being able to check in until 5PM. By the time we got our keys, brought everything in, unpacked and fixed dinner there was no time to enjoy the beach.

This is the 5th year we have stayed here and overall it is great. Literally on the beach, with a pool, accommodates everyone in our family, and the one place everyone agrees they like to come to. Gigantic garage for the kids to play in if it rains, elevator for the bags and groceries which is better than walking up 2 or 3 flights of steps, we don't share it with anyone, and we are not on the 20th floor. The only problem is that we could n get the living area air conditioning to go lower than 76. The maintenance people couldn't even get it any cooler. So we had to use a couple of box fans to help cool it. The 3rd floor sleeping rooms were cooler.

The Developer of these Townhomes did an outstanding job delivering the perfect product for this area. The interior finish compromised nothing. The location directly on the Beach, which are steps from the emerald green waters of the Gulf, is perfection. This house is excellent for families, or adults. We want one!

Although new, the dryer broke. Mgmt. company said they would have the repairman that day. After sitting around waiting most of the day, called the Mgmt. company and they said "oh, the guy can't come until Friday" (Thanks for telling me). We had to use a laundromat our last 4 days with no offer of clean towels.
We have stayed at the Regency Cabanas property previously in two different units. This unit, B6, was the best of the three. The attention to detail shown by the owners was amazing. In addition to high end features (sound system, steam shower, appliances), the unit was equipped with a gas grill on the balcony, hot tub, ping pong table, corn hole, beach chairs and toys. There was a very detailed folder explaining all the information necessary to use the property’s amenities, and there was very helpful labeling throughout the unit. I would highly recommend this init.
