The gourmet kitchen starts with a large island incorporating solid surface countertops, soft-close cabinets, drawers and chic lighting. The living area has a delightful gas fireplace perfect to cozy up to on a chilly night. There is also a smart TV surrounded by designer furnishings with a remarkable chandelier centering the space. Nine-foot tinted impact sliding doors give you great sound views while keeping out the sun and heat. The primary bedroom has cathedral ceilings and beautiful sound views adding romance to the setting.

This is our favorite beach rental! Such a perfect location - waterfront and across from the dog beach. The townhouse was very clean with a spacious kitchen. Both bedrooms had water views and their own bathroom! Will return again when back in Pensacola Beach.

Great location on Pensacola Beach with a Bay Beach in backyard & Gulf across the street. Unit very clean, well appointed, looked new. Covered parking. Near great restaurants & shopping. National Seashore Ft Pickens National Park just next door with pristine white beaches. Great huge grassy area surrounding unit for dogs. Fishing access. Great deck overlooking Bay in back of unit. End unit, large rooms, 2 1/2 baths. Easy access to Pensacola restaurants & shopping. Quiet, safe location. Property Management very accessible, welcoming, & helpful.

We have stayed in San De Luna many times. We really like this location. This is our first time in townhouse #1 - and we liked it the most in San De Luna.

What a lovely townhouse! It is an end unit so the views of the bay were great. We took our paddle board towards Ft. Pickens and snorkeled in the snorkel park near by. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and the place is just so comfortable. It was also great to enable to have our pup and have the dog beach across the street.
