PET FRIENDLY! San De Luna #27 is just perfect for families and boaters, offering the calm waters of Santa Rosa Sound and private sound front beach as a backdrop. The two-bedroom/2.5-bath townhome sleeps six, with a king bed in the master and a full bed and twin bunk beds in the guest bedroom. Master bath has a walk-in shower, guest bath has shower/tub combo. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops,12 cup coffee maker and Keurig .
At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs in every room. Owner has thoughtfully provided a charcoal grill, 2 paddle boards, two Huffy beach bikes (one boy's, one girl's, beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach cart in the locked storage area below. Town home has covered parking for two cars, end-to-end. San De Luna offers tennis courts, a pool and grill area. Complimentary WiFi.
*Pet owners must keep dogs on a leash at all times and must clean up their dogs' waste at all times. Barking dogs should not be left outside on the back deck. If these rules are violated and it is brought to the management company's attention, the guest will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

We really liked the location of this unit. Not too close to the busy areas, and also near the state park. We spent all of our time on the bay beach, and never crossed the street. The unit had a couple of maintenance items (Screen door needs lubrication, toilet in master BR runs), but we did not report these during our stay. We would definitely rent this unit again if we return to this area.

Great location and quiet. Well appointed as described on VRBO website. Very clean and well maintained. No need to request customer service. Ate at Flounders and McGuires and really enjoyed the beach. My lab-mix Julie had difficulty with the stairs because of her arthritis and she could not navigate the spiral staircase at all.

San de Luna is our favorite complex in the Pensacola beach area. We love being in a quieter part of Pensacola beach with easy access to the gulf out the front door and bay out the back door. We’ve stayed in several units over the years and this one was by far our favorite. Clean, nicely decorated, well appointed, comfy seating for a family of 4, and best of all pet friendly. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely consider renting this exact place again. The location was just perfect - trifecta: bay, ocean, pool right out your door. Great air conditioning, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, covered private porch with a view and access down from deck as well as front. We enjoyed paddle boarding in the bay too with the ones you supplied. It was a treat to find such a nice place that allowed us to bring our dog too! We just wanted her companionship and oftentimes that means you have to sacrifice the quality of the place. Not here ;-) Thank you. We didn't need them, but so many extras for your pooch were there too - crate under bed, dog raised cot, food and water feeder even. I hope we will be back!

Such a beautiful Condo! It was so calming to be able to enjoy the beach and sound with our dogs. The condo was spacious and very clean. On our last night Tropical Storm Claudette came to the Gulf. But you could not hear it until you stepped outside. We will defenitely rent this condo again Thank you

Perfect location. far enough away from the crowds but close enough for a quick ride to many good restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The bridge being closed was a slight adding about an hour to the drive to Pensacola.
The property was clean and well maintained, and had everything we needed. Could have used a few more towels, but the washer/dryer made it convenient to freshen up the bath towels and keep swimming suits clean.
Enjoyed using the many toys that were available (bicycles, paddle boards, etc.). the beach cart and beach chairs were used everyday.
Would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking to spend tie in the area.

The condo is located directly on the bay with a great beach and is quick 100 yards walk from the beautiful gulf beaches. There’s also a pool option on the property. It’s convenient and there’s a great walking/bike path to get to stores and cute shops. The condo was in great condition, clean and had cute beach decor-we really liked the outside shower so that we could keep the sand outside. We’d definitely stay here again!
