PET FRIENDLY! San De Luna #27 is just perfect for families and boaters, offering the calm waters of Santa Rosa Sound and private sound front beach as a backdrop. The 2-bedroom/2.5-bath townhome sleeps six, with a king bed in the master and a full bed and twin bunk beds in the guest bedroom. Master bath has a walk-in shower, guest bath has shower/tub combo. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops,12 cup coffee maker and Keurig .
At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs in every room. Owner has thoughtfully provided a charcoal grill, 2 paddle boards, two Huffy beach bikes (one boy's, one girl's, beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach cart in the locked storage area below. Town home has covered parking for two cars, end-to-end. San De Luna offers tennis courts, a pool and grill area. Complimentary WiFi.
*Pet owners must keep dogs on a leash at all times and must clean up their dogs' waste at all times. Barking dogs should not be left outside on the back deck. If these rules are violated and it is brought to the management company's attention, the guest will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

This place was amazing, the condo and location couldn’t have been more perfect! The bay is just steps away and the calm water was perfect for my 15yr old dog. The beach is also extremely close, right across the street and we basically had it to ourselves; beautiful and relaxing for my boyfriend and I to spend some time alone. We had planned on going out a couple nights and ended up enjoying ourselves so much where we were we just stayed in, cooked and took in the view of the bay and the sunset from our balcony. Thank you for the perfect vacation! The people at the rental office were also very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back and hopefully in the same unit again.

This is our 4th stay at this property, we love the location very much and it's proximity to the dog beach. New Kitchen looks great, which we loved. We had a small glitch when we arrived with the cleaning, some things were overlooked. Staff, afterhours and office, were kind and helpful to get it resolved.

We rented 2 units for family to attend a graduation and we had so much fun. At San De Luna you get the best of the beach and the bay. My only complaint was that I had to vacuum when we got there because the living room rug was covered in dog hair and there were fur balls on the floor. Maybe they just forgot to vacuum. Other than that, everything else was very clean.

This was our first time staying at this location and it won’t be our last. The check in and out process was quick and easy. The staff was always very helpful and nice when I interacted with them from booking to checking out. Property was in a great location and we loved having the bay just steps away from our back door. It was decorated nicely and felt very much like home. We had a toddler with us so the staircase was a little stressful but I knew about it before arriving and we made it work just fine.

Love this property! Description was accurate. well stocked kitchen, clean and pet friendly. Beds are comfortable and we had 4 teens sharing the kids room who also said the bunks were comfortable. Half bath downstairs was a plus as well. Little details like books, games & puzzles, bikes, paddle boards and box fans made it home. Perfect location on the nay and directly across the street from The Gulf of Mexico. Dog beach west is also across the street. Walk and Bike path was wonderful. Close to the boardwalk and fun - literally less than a 5 minute dive. We used the pool and tennis court a lot during our stay. Favorite local restaurant 2as Shaggy's. Amazing food and drinks. Property management company very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property.

We love San De Luna and have rented from paradise for years now. The units are facing the sound, which we love having the option to swim in right there or go across the street to the gulf. You should be aware that all units are spiral staircases which are not an issue for us but would be for young children or elderly. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation Paradise!

This is our 3rd year in this rental, and next year is already booked! Rain shut us out of the beach most of the week, but the condo was great as usual. Kitchen could use a good organizing and spruce up, but besides that a-ok with us.

We stay at this location every summer. This year we had to leave early due to a EF-1 tornado. The condo was damaged water on the second floor, no power and our vehicle was damaged. We had our dogs with us so we chose to leave instead of moving to a hotel. We also needed to leave so we could get our vehicle repaired. We will stay here again next year, if all the damage to this building is repaired.

We’ve rented this particular unit several times and it never disappoints. Great location, great amenities, and love that paradise beach homes provides the basic essentials like dish soap, dishwasher pods, TP, and paper towels. This year we noticed some of the paint was peeling off the kitchen cabinets and had been attempted to be repaired with duct tape. Might need to redo those sometime soon. Of note, this unit does have both a K-cup and normal coffee maker. We will be back!

Our visit was very lovely. The two weeks that we were there, we enjoyed all of the amenities of the complex. The tennis court was amazing. The view from our balcony overlooking the bay was spectacular. Our dogs felt very comfortable and it was very nice for them to have space to walk around in the open yard. We will definitely be back.

The townhouse was very nice in a fantastic location. The bay was a relaxing place so close by, and the short walk across the street to the beach was super convenient. Having the dog beach right there was a bonus. Thanks for being a pet friendly rental so the little pup could come along. Plenty of cookware and dishes in the kitchen. Bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, but the kids reported the bunk bed was a bit squeaky. The spiral staircase wasn't one of those narrow ones, so it was fine to go up and down, even with luggage. We tried the paddleboard once, and it was fun, especially since you could see the bottom if you didn't go too far out. Management company was prompt to respond when we had one issue come up after a rain storm came through.

Every time we come to Pensacola we use Paradise Beach Homes. This condo was clean, included a coupe of nice bikes, beach gear, and paddle boards. The bay is steps away from the back deck and the quite beach is a 2 min walk across the street. We're already looking at where we're going to stay next year.

This townhouse is beautiful!!! Clean, comfy, steps away from the bay and just a short walk across the street from the gulf. The storage unit has everything we needed for our days spent on the beach. The bikes were so fun to ride. Wasn’t crowded, we had the pool to ourselves multiple times. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful condo, very clean and comfortable. We bring our dogs and they love the area. We are across from the dog park. The sound is out the back door for a great day in the water. The paddle boards are great, I learned how to paddle board two years ago at age 60 and love to paddle board.

We really liked the location of this unit. Not too close to the busy areas, and also near the state park. We spent all of our time on the bay beach, and never crossed the street. The unit had a couple of maintenance items (Screen door needs lubrication, toilet in master BR runs), but we did not report these during our stay. We would definitely rent this unit again if we return to this area.

Great location and quiet. Well appointed as described on VRBO website. Very clean and well maintained. No need to request customer service. Ate at Flounders and McGuires and really enjoyed the beach. My lab-mix Julie had difficulty with the stairs because of her arthritis and she could not navigate the spiral staircase at all.

San de Luna is our favorite complex in the Pensacola beach area. We love being in a quieter part of Pensacola beach with easy access to the gulf out the front door and bay out the back door. We’ve stayed in several units over the years and this one was by far our favorite. Clean, nicely decorated, well appointed, comfy seating for a family of 4, and best of all pet friendly. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely consider renting this exact place again. The location was just perfect - trifecta: bay, ocean, pool right out your door. Great air conditioning, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, covered private porch with a view and access down from deck as well as front. We enjoyed paddle boarding in the bay too with the ones you supplied. It was a treat to find such a nice place that allowed us to bring our dog too! We just wanted her companionship and oftentimes that means you have to sacrifice the quality of the place. Not here ;-) Thank you. We didn't need them, but so many extras for your pooch were there too - crate under bed, dog raised cot, food and water feeder even. I hope we will be back!

Such a beautiful Condo! It was so calming to be able to enjoy the beach and sound with our dogs. The condo was spacious and very clean. On our last night Tropical Storm Claudette came to the Gulf. But you could not hear it until you stepped outside. We will defenitely rent this condo again Thank you

Very nice condo, well furnished and familiar. We have stayed at San de Luna many times and will always come back. Weather was erratic, but we can’t control that. Highly recommend.

Perfect location. far enough away from the crowds but close enough for a quick ride to many good restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The bridge being closed was a slight adding about an hour to the drive to Pensacola.
The property was clean and well maintained, and had everything we needed. Could have used a few more towels, but the washer/dryer made it convenient to freshen up the bath towels and keep swimming suits clean.
Enjoyed using the many toys that were available (bicycles, paddle boards, etc.). the beach cart and beach chairs were used everyday.
Would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking to spend tie in the area.

My family of 6 just enjoyed this townhome so much we did not want to leave! It had everything we needed for a perfect vacation, the location was absolutely perfect! The property description was just as described, and I would highly recommend this Unit! We were even able to bring our dog!

The condo was amazing. Great location, very clean and a perfect location for all your beach getaway needs. Very quiet, private and comfortable. Each traveler had their own space, kitchen was well equipped and the porch has an amazing view day or night with the ocean in clear sight and walking distance.

The condo is located directly on the bay with a great beach and is quick 100 yards walk from the beautiful gulf beaches. There’s also a pool option on the property. It’s convenient and there’s a great walking/bike path to get to stores and cute shops. The condo was in great condition, clean and had cute beach decor-we really liked the outside shower so that we could keep the sand outside. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at San De Luna #27. It included everything you could possibly want for the water and beach (chairs, beach cart, boogie boards, paddle boards, shovels etc). The condo was in good condition, great location, large assortment of games and books. It felt more like a home away from home then a vacation rental. The bikes were a huge plus for two teenagers. The sound side is equally as inviting as the Gulf side. A place I would definitely stay again.
