Set between the calm waters of the Santa Rosa Sound and the white sands of the Gulf, San De Luna #3 is a comfortable 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome made for easy beach days and relaxed evenings with family.
The main living level offers an open space where everyone can gather after a day in the sun. The kitchen features granite countertops and bar seating, perfect for quick breakfasts before heading out or casual dinners together. The living room includes a large flat screen TV, a sleeper sofa for one extra guest and a sleeper chair for a child. A half bath and a full washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this floor.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and peaceful views overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound. The guest bedroom offers an (XL) twin over queen bunk bed, its own private bathroom, and views toward the Gulf, giving everyone their own comfortable retreat at the end of the day.
Guests at San De Luna enjoy access to the community (heated) pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and BBQ grills. When you are ready to explore, dining, shopping, and nightlife are only minutes away, while the beach and sound provide endless opportunities for swimming, paddleboarding, and sunset walks.

We had a great time this year. San De Luna #3 had everything we needed. The new pool and updates to pool area are very nice. The cooking area and pool furniture also. Thanks PBH for helping us out on my reservation mistake. You guys always take great care of us and we never look anywhere else.

The condo was great. Great size and layout, well stocked, and just as pictured. No complaints. The location is amazing! We were steps from the pool and the sound beach, which were both awesome. We played on the tennis court almost every day. The grounds were very nice and well kept. The gulf was visible from the front deck, and you can easily walk there from the condo. The dog beach is also a short walk. We love coming to Pensacola, this was our first time staying at San De Luna, it did not disappoint.

The condo was very nice, well stocked and everything worked. The pool is just steps away from your back door as well as the bay. My family loved playing at the pool and using the gas grill.
