You'll enjoy amazing water views and sunsets from this 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome located directly on Little Sabine Bay and just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your boat and pull up right behind the property! Little Sabine Bay is connected to Santa Rosa Sound and is the perfect spot for boating. Owner has thoughtfully included beach toys and chairs for guests' use (ask rental company to unlock storage box to access).
This end unit has been updated to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and plantation shutters. Keurig and regular coffee maker in kitchen, plus under the counter icemaker. Wet bar with wine cooler. Sleeps 8 with a queen in master, 2 queens in the 1st guest bedroom and 2 twins in the 2nd guest bedroom. 2 of the 3 upstairs bedrooms feature balconies overlooking the water, and there's an over-sized deck on the ground level out back for entertainment or relaxing. One full bathroom upstairs, bathroom with walk-in shower on ground level.
Owner has also provided bikes, beach chairs, paddleboard and 2 kayaks (ask rental company for keys - paddles/life jackets/whistle next to owner's refrigerator outside). Spanish Landing is located within walking distance of the boardwalk, fishing pier, shopping and dining. Jungle gym and dock belong to neighbor, and can not be accessed.

Wonderful property. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year. We met one of the co-owners and he was so kind. We own a place next to this property which gave us the option to accommodate our expanding family.

My friends and I had a wonderful time in Pensacola Beach last week. Our stay at Spanish Landing 318 was great. The condo was spacious, clean, and well kept. We had access to kayaks, bikes, all the kitchen amenities we needed, comfortable beds, and easy access to beaches on the ocean and the sound. This is the third time I have used Paradise Beach Homes to rent a condo, and I will definitely be doing it again in the future. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The rental process is very simple and stress-free.

Loved the location. Had everything you could have needed. Beautiful view of bay, with a great outside area. A little walk to gulf access. Description leads you to believe that only 2 of the bedrooms are upstairs, but all three are located upstairs. Will are looking to return again this year to this wonderful property.
