Stay in this great three-bedroom Starboard Village condo! It sleeps 8, with king in master, two doubles in 2nd bedroom, queen in 3rd bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon beverage on the large balcony, with nice partial views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.
Convenient dune walkover to the beach located right next to the condo. Gulf-front pool with private walkover to beach. At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone (Mediacom Xtream cable, Blue-ray player and Bluetooth-enabled soundbar) with flat screen TVs throughout.
Condo has two extended garages - two compact cars can park end to end in each one! In addition, parking is available street side. Gas grill in garage, available for use in uncovered parking area.
Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation. Additional cars may be parked in lot adjacent to property.

Rented this condo for a week for an all-adult family vacation. Condo was in very good condition. A plus was the three full baths and a parking garage on the first level. Could barely fit two cars in but good to keep them out of the hot sun. Condo is on the beach with one public and two private walkways to get there. A nice pool to relax by. A State Park next door and the best restaurant in town within walking distance. Paradise Homes was very professional and friendly. They addressed an AC failure problem immediately to everyone's relief.

We had a great time visiting in Pensacola. The place was great with enough space for us! Location was great and the beach was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again. Check in and check out was so easy too. Staff was very nice and helpful!

Condo had everything we needed, including 2-car garage and close to our favorite restaurant, Peg-Legs! Only negative is location on 2nd row of buildings, so very limited view of the water.
Paradise Homes is great. At one point locked ourselves out and they sent a spare key to us within 10 minutes!

The condo was clean and in great shape. The garage parking was awesome. Steps from the beach. One suggestion- A new couch in the living room.

Because of COVID, we headed out of town as a way to celebrate our son's graduation. Condo was perfect size for our family of 5. It was clean and had just about everything we needed (I would suggest providing coffee filters, beach towels and beach chairs). We enjoyed our stay!

Congratulations on your sons graduation! What a nice way to celebrate. We're so glad you enjoyed the condo. Thank you for the suggestions. In the past we would provide these items for our guests but inevitably they would be taken home with guests and replacement costs were just too high. Most vacation rental companies, because of missing items such as these, don't provide these items anymore. It's unfortunate but a reality in this business. We do; however, have a beach service company that we work with - Lazy Days Beach Service - and they provide beach chairs and umbrellas. We hope we get to see you again soon and please do not hesitate to contact our office ahead of time for tips on what to bring, Thank you so much for your business!
You get there and the garage code works, the door code works, the tv works, the internet works, the place is clean, clean, clean. It’s so relaxing to have everything work the way you want it to. Ceiling fans were clean, floors were clean, windows and window sills were clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. The bbq grill was cleaner than mine at home.
