We had a great stay at Sun Cottage. Staff is very friendly. Unit was clean with plenty of towels and extra linens. Also had 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon for use. The rental is in a great location with short walk to the beach. Perfect for a couple or small family. Highly recommend.

Since we were "hurricaned" out of Fort Myers Beach, we decided to give Navarre Beach a try. We did a search and found this little gem. Everything we expected and wanted. The number one criteria was met - CLEAN. It is small, but there were just my wife and I so it was perfect for us. Marla, Kathy, Nicole and Zack were great hosts!
We had a beach access basically across the street and it takes 4 minutes to get on the sand.
One factor we enjoyed is that Navarre Beach is much more laid back than FMB. A lot fewer people and the beaches are almost identical.
The only negative I can think of is that the weather can sometimes get a little cool. Not the sunny and 82 like it is in FMB every day, but we had many days of 70's and a several days of low 80's. The other thing is that there are few choices for a drink and food in Navarre Beach. Since we brought most of our food and drink, it was not that big of a deal. Pensacola Beach and Navarre are not far away for many other options and activities.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I was we chose this place as we wanted to get married on the beach and we were able to lit walk to the beach ! The view is great has a deck off bedroom and huge laundry room with washer and dryer fully stocked with all household items!!! We lit could live there! The bay is 1 way and the gulf the other you can walk to so many things!!! We can’t say enough and check in was 5pm but we got there at noon and they let us check in which was amazing and they gave us a awesome cooler with pen, post card deck of cards and rental brochures!!! I can’t recommend this place enough we will always stay here when we are in town.

Spotless, toilets even passed the black light test! All appliances, accessories, linens, games,etc were included! The late check in process was explained very well. Upon meeting management the following day, we received a welcome packet and beach cooler! The decor was classy and the air cool after a long day at the beach! The location was across the street from the beach (visable from front glass doors) and beach chairs, umbrella and cart was provided and in good condition. The housekeeper was nice so was the manager! This was a great experience!

We spent a perfect week in Sun Cottage. We will definitely be back next year. It is just a very short walk from the beach and you can use the cart, chairs and umbrella provided. The condo was spotless and decorated in a cool modern way.

I loved the condo itself and would stay there again. it is in proximity to the beach. I felt safe and at home. If you want a view this isn’t the place. If you just want to be in the area this is awesome.

I loved staying here. The apartment was conveniently located just above the rental office. We were right across the street from the beach in a beautiful town with gift shops and restaurants. The space was clean and well stocked with soap, laundry detergent, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. I would 100% stay here again.

We stayed in this adorable little cottage located across the street from the beach. It was a quiet and peaceful stay. The cottage had SmartTVs, all the kitchen appliances you would need, all the utensils you would need, a washer and dryer, and they even provided a wagon, two beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella. This was my second time booking through paradise beach homes and I will continue to do so. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the manager is super friendly also! Can’t wait to come back to visit!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay. They not only furnished a full kitchen with cookware and necessities but provided snacks, in-house beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a cart to push it all in for our short trip across the street to the water. The bed was very comfortable, furnishings were excellent, decor was charming, and the unit was very clean.

Property was in excellent condition. Location is great. Property was very clean and property management was excellent at communication. We had no issues with anything at the property, but are comfortable in saying they would have taken care of issues in a timely mannar. Overall, we couldn't more highly recommend this property.
