When you first walk into Treehouse #380 there is a downstairs sitting area where everyone can play games or just catch up with one another. Just outside the door is the back patio area. It has a table and chairs and overlooks the water. It's a great place to soak in the beauty that surrounds this unit.
Upstairs is the kitchen and living area. The kitchen offers a table with 6 chairs and bar stools that are placed near the kitchen table. Off of the kitchen is a half bath for convenience. Behind the kitchen table is a door that leads out to a spacious deck that faces the Gulf. Just steps from this unit, and across the street, is the beach access. Just down the hall from the kitchen is the living area which offers two large futons and a flat screen TV. Just beyond one of the futons is a door that leads out to another deck that overlooks the water. It's simply gorgeous!
Up one more flight of stairs are the bedrooms. The master bedroom has 1 Queen and a private en suite bath with a stand alone shower. At the end of the hallway is yet another balcony that overlooks Sabine Bay and has steps that lead down to the ground level. The guest bedroom has 1 Twin bed with 1 Twin trundle. With these two bedrooms and the full size futons in the living area, this unit sleeps 8 people comfortably.
