This townhouse was perfect for our family. From the spacious rooms amazing views of the bay and Gulf, it included many amenities in the stay that usually require additional rental fees. Kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, cornhole and a propane grill were several items we took advantage of and this saved us money that we were able to spend on other things during our stay. The owners are very nice and make accommodations when available! We will definitely be booking this townhouse again next year!

The best!We have family in Pensacola and have been visiting yearly for over 20 years. This is the only place we have returned to for a second stay and also booked a third in the future. This property was perfect for our family! Great location to beach, VERY clean, and had beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) for our use. The only thing it was missing was a pool, but we knew that in advance and had made alternative pool plans. We loved having our own garage. We will very likely be back here! Great experience!

We have been traveling to Pensacola Beach since 2011 and this was the best vacation rental hands down! Kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, cornhole, grill, etc. makes this place a worthwhile stay and saves you money! We will be booking this for next year, if available!

The condo was the perfect size in a great location. It was clean and felt like home. We loved all of the amenities, including the kayaks, beach chairs, and paddle boards! It was also an easy walk to many restaurants, the pier, and the beach. We would love to return next year!

Great place to stay. Very nice and comfortable. Loved the bay on one side and easy walk across the street to the beach. Having bikes, kayaks and paddle boards , Beach chairs and umbrellas all were a big plus to a great vacation.
