This beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Townhouse on Sabine Bay offers relaxing and luxurious stays.
This lovely townhome has a garage so you can park in tandem out of the summer sun! The owner has graciously left kayaks, paddleboards and bikes for guests use too. Travel between floors with ease in the elevator. Upstairs is the first floor living area where the fun begins. The gorgeous updated kitchen has solid surface counter tops, tiled backsplash, LED lighting and of course all the appliances you will need to cook your favorite meals. The TV is extra large and when you're not watching your favorite TV shows you can step out onto the oversized balcony to enjoy views of Sabine Bay and share a drink with family and friends.
The second level hosts two bedrooms each with a private bath. The primary bathroom has a great walk-in shower with a rain shower faucet to wash away todays sea salt and suntan lotion.
The gulf is a quick hop across the two lane road to a boardwalk making easy beach access for any age.
This upscale townhome is within walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's seafood restaurant which is a locals favorite. There is plenty to do on Pensacola Beach and lots of enjoyable places to visit so make your plans now for wonderful memories to come.

The townhome is beautiful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the elevator is an extra plus for hauling bags, groceries or anything else up to the second or third floor.

This is our second time renting from Paradise & 1st time renting Villa Sabine #518. The rental is in a great location with easy access to the beach. It is pet friendly and had plenty of clean yard space.

This townhome was exactly what we needed. It had everything we needed plus more. The views from all balconies was amazing, best location to get to the beach and a short drive to shopping. Will definitely come back to this place to stay again. We liked it so much we called and added another night and that was a breeze.

Great location. Second time I have stayed there this year. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. Across the street from the ocean and there are a ton of toys for kids at the house. Check in is now at a rental place that you have to pick up the key. It’s not far from the house but It was way more convenient when there was a keyless entry.
