White Sand Cottage #501 "Life's A Beach House!" This bright happy home will definitely put you into a vacation state of mind from the time you enter. Whether you are looking for a place to have morning coffee (Keurig and coffeemaker) or afternoon cocktails you have a plethora of options.
The roof top observation deck offers outstanding views in all directions as well as a good place for the sun seekers among you to catch some rays. There are covered decks on both the south and west sides of the 1st floor living area. The living area, dining area and kitchen are all open, and ideally designed for entertaining and family time together. The main level of the home also has one bedroom with a queen bed which shares a bathroom with the living area. The second floor of the home houses the master bedroom with king bed, en-suite bath and balcony access as well as a bedroom with two twin beds, en-suite bath and balcony access.
There is a dune walkover 30' to the west of the property providing super easy beach access. This home offers garage parking for two vehicles and additional parking on the south side of the home for one vehicle. The biggest challenge that guests of this home will experience is forcing themselves to leave on departure day.

We thoroughly enjoyed renting this house! We appreciated being able to bring our dog. The location is fabulous and we were close to the dog beach which was about a mile away. This was one of the cleanest houses that we have ever rented. The house has a hose outside so you can wash off your beach toys and shoes before going inside. We loved eating out on the porch and we did get to see the Blue Angels fly by on their return to P'cola on Sunday.

This was our favorite rental by far...this location is at end of the building and has an incredible view of the beach. We loved the wrap around decks, especially the widows walk for sunsets and sunrise yoga. We also enjoyed being able to bring along our little bulldog. All appliances were working and the entire house was very clean. The only suggestion is to upgrade the Wi-Fi as connections were unreliable at best. WE WILL BE BACK!

This house was perfect for our family of 6 adults plus our dog. Other than many hours on the beach, which is very short walk, we spent our morning coffee and evening happy hour on the wrap around decks. Very nice view of the ocean, and even saw dolphins in the bay behind the house. Highly recommended.

We loved being in the corner unit, close to the boardwalk with 2-sides of porches and great views of the ocean and inland waterways. I have to agree with a previous review that there's a LOT of personal stuff in the home, making it feel a bit cluttered and cramped for personal space and storage for our food items (including cabinets full of food, refrigerator and walls covered with photos, and so much memorabilia it was a bit chlostrophobic-as if the full-time residents had left for the week and let us stay). Also, only a 4-person table with bulky rolling chairs for a 3BR place is insufficient. We knew these things going in, though, and made the most of the outdoor space and kids were happy to eat on the sofa while watching TV after a long day in the sun. For the money, would probably go back to a more spacious beachfront condo or home in the future, but this worked for a last-minute trip! Also nice to have the garage space for gear, etc, although the garage doors did not work. Some owner equipment available for use as well, but again, chairs and toys cluttered and in bad shape. Fortunately, kayaks and paddleboards wear well, so that's what we used and were gratfeul to have it. Would recommend based on location and convenience, but only to easygoing friends with warning/disclaimer regarding aforementioned issues.

We really enjoyed our stay at 501 Life's a Beach. The house has great views and perfect access to the beach. We loved being able to bring our dog along. The house is very family-style, lots of photos, artwork and cute sayings on every inch of the walls, very fun! Was happy to have a couple boogie boards for the kids to use. Only recommendation would be the upstairs master bedroom to have the white blinds like the rest of the house. The bamboo shades were transparent-so bring a sleeping mask:) Thanks for opening your home to renters!

I would like to thank the owners for allowing us to enjoy their property. From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. Beautiful views of the ocean in front and great water views from the back. We enjoyed looking at all the family photos. The welcome bag from Pensacola beach property's was delightful. After staying there six weeks, we hated to leave. I wanted to give five stars on everything. But the showers needed to a really good cleaning and the master bedroom needs a new mattress. But we had a smile on our faces every morning we woke up. My complements to the owners and Paradise Beach homes. We will definitely be back there.

We chose this home because it was dog friendly and walking distance to the beach, and it did not disappoint! Because of it’s great location we had beautiful beach views and very little traffic. The home was very comfortable and well appointed, many nice features inside and out, including a fenced-in dog area. There are lots of stairs, but it was worth it! We will definitely consider this rental in the future.

House was perfect! Wonderful location and the views off of all the porches are unbelievable! Kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs! There were only the two of us and our boxer - so we only used the upstairs master bedroom and bath! It was nice to be able to take the dog downstairs to the small fenced area for morning "duties" without leaving the property! Dog beach is about a mile away and a great place to take the pooch for some water and sand time - be sure to take your own water as there is NO fresh water available! Icing on the cake....the Blues flyover on Sunday from the upper deck was outstanding. We also enjoyed the fireworks from the Boardwalk from the upper deck! ONE suggestion....trim palm trees out front as they are scraping on the front bedroom windows and side of the house and would probably be very annoying for those trying to sleep in there!
