My family has stayed in this property multiple times and always had a great experience. We love the location that is walking distance to downtown and has a park nearby. Although there is no fenced yard, it works great for our dog as the neighborhood is very walkable. We like the two rooms upstairs for our kids. They can hang out with their cousins in the family room and kitchen space while my spouse and I go to bed in the back of the house.

We recently stay at 737 Zarragossa for about 10 days. Our stay was awesome! This rental is in excellent shape and well taken care of. It is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing too. We loved walking downtown, it’s an easy walk to lots of shops and restaurants. We also loved getting fresh seafood from Joe Pattis, which is just across the street. The staff at Paradise were friendly, helpful and prompt when booking this rental! We will definitely stay here again should the opportunity arise.

This house was in the perfect location to all the downtown restaurants and nightlife. I had my golf cart and it only took 2 minutes to get to all the festivities and fireworks. The use of the garage is wonderful having a place to store it at night.

It was a wonderful experience. The property was spacious, clean, well equipped, centrally located to our venue, had beautiful furnishings and several porches for lounging in the evenings. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Beautiful home, very clean and pleasant. The staff at Paradise Beach Homes made us feel very welcome. They even presented us a nice welcome bag with local goodies. The neighborhood was remarkably quiet, and we enjoyed being close to Joe Patti.

Property was perfect - fresh and clean and cozy! The garage was a plus because we were able to take the top and doors off the jeep and leave them off the entire trip! Only downside was the sporadic and splotchy internet service. Otherwise, would have been all 5Stars!

I would first like to say that we LOVED our stay at this house. It was perfect for what we needed and was so beautiful. The only complaint was that there wasn't extra essential supplies in the house that were needed. Things like toilet paper, paper towels soap and trash bags. This would not have been an issue except we were not made aware of this before arriving and had to make emergency runs to the store.

We arrived and check in was easy! We had a nice little goodie basket waiting g for us. House was beautiful and very clean. Beach access was about a 15-20 minute drive which wasn’t bad at all and there were some nice little restaurants to eat at in the downtown area. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and we would definitely stay at this house again in Pensacola!

Great stay! The neighborhood felt safe and secure. The property was clean and well-maintained. Enough space to comfortably fit 5 people. There could have been more kitchen towels, as there was only one and we had to buy more. Also, there needs to be screens on the windows, as we wanted to enjoy a fresh breeze but couldn't because we didn't want bugs to get in. We did venture across the street to Joe Patty's and that was an experience I'd recommend to any fish eater! Would recommend this property!

We had a lovely stay at this rental. Was dog friendly which was important. It would have been nice to have a fenced in backyard/area being dog friendly, however it was still a great place. The rental was very clean and very nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend!

Our family stayed in this house for six weeks while waiting to close on our house nearby. It’s new, clean, well stocked and has very comfortable beds. Walking distance to everything downtown and very dog friendly area. Property management was responsive even during hurricane Sally.

Everything was wonderful, beautiful, and amazing! Fully furnished throughout the home and no need to pack your whole kitchen because they provided everything you needed. It’s walking distance to the BEST seafood market Joe Patti’s! We loved every moment and everything about this place. We would love to rent this space again because it felt like home.
