This was one of the most amazing vacation homes we’ve ever stayed in. There were 7 adults and a child, and we had plenty of room for everyone. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was such a huge convenience and added luxury. The home was clean, well maintained, and decorated beautifully. The views in this home are unbeatable. Check-in and check-out was extremely simple, and all contacts were easy to work with. We enjoyed the two beautiful decks, the wide expanse of beach, and the amazing windows.

Simply stated; Amazing! Our family stay was incredible at Casa De Playa on Navarre Beach Florida. This brand-new 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath home with a 3-car garage and it is beach front with amazing swim spa and direct dune walk over to virtually your own private beach. It's furnishings were over the top, with 2 sets of laundry machines for quickly taking care of all the family's laundry. Kitchen has everything you need or want while on a vacation, multiple appliances, abundant dishware and double oven, and even double dishwashers! In the mornings we would grab a cup of coffee from the coffee bar on the 3rd floor where most of the bedrooms are located which made waking up so much more enjoyable...hearing the sound of the ocean and seeing the waves lapping onto the beach from the oversized 12' glass sliding door, stepping out to the covered deck and taking in the views was amazing. The beds were so comfortable and allowed for a great night's rest. The management team ensured our arrival was welcomed and made it so easy. Plenty to do for the whole family...from board games, cards, building sandcastles, playing or relaxing in the oversized swim spa. Soaked in some sun and was even able to take the kayak's out for an ocean outing. Overall, the open floor plan, with TV's in every room including the family room was great, upon arrival to the home, the elevator really helped with ease of getting all our luggage to the right floors, and grocery runs were easy as there are several grocery stores within about a 5-10 minute drive. Quite a few restaurants to choose from when we did not feel like cooking at the house...this was only one time.. :) we did not want to leave! We will definitely be staying in this home again!

Wow!! Such an incredible stay - the most comfortable beds we’ve ever experienced at any vacation rental or hotel hands down!!! Stayed here with family and we all agree that we’ll definitely be coming back to stay every year! We were super impressed with the home’s layout overall - it was extremely functional for entertaining our large group with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy each other without being cramped in the slightest. The furnishings and finishes were also top notch and very luxurious for a rental. It felt like we were at a home away from home. We loved the assortment of appliances, ample amount of dishes and flatware, and seating! We never ran out of anything. The dual dishwasher also made it easy to clean up and be ready ahead of time for the next meal. Not to mention how beautiful the views are and how easy beach access is. It was a great location away from condominiums so there wasn’t a ton of other people- the elevator and ramped walkover right outside the back door made it really easy to carry our rolling coolers and wagons out to the waterfront. Absolutely wonderful stay - highly recommend!!

We have rented in this neighborhood many times, this was one of our favorite homes and accommodated our group of 12 easily. We had great access to pool, sound and beach. Great meals and games in the common room. Kayak and paddle board access a bonus.

We had a wonderful stay at Ariola 901 - Dune R Thang! The home is spacious, clean, and filled with natural light, with unbeatable views of the Gulf. The location is perfect — just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy morning walks and sunset views. We visited our son and his fiancée who live in Pensacola and loved shopping at Joe Patti’s for fresh seafood, which we cooked in the well-stocked kitchen several times during our stay.

The only downside was the comfort of the beds and pillows — they were very firm and could definitely use an upgrade to match the rest of the home's comfort and appeal.

Other than that, everything about the home was great. The layout was ideal for relaxing and gathering as a family, and the direct beach access made it feel like our own private getaway. We'd absolutely consider staying here again with a few updates to the sleeping arrangements.

The house fit our families needs and exceeded all the fun we anticipated. We will definitely book again. The downstairs game room was our favorite and where we spent most of our time. Kids loved playing pool, basketball and karaoke. The house had plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella and toys for all of us to use while at the beach.

One recommendation: put blackout curtains in the two main king bedroom’s that face the road to help keep the sun out at 5am and room temps from getting so hot. Other than that it was amazing.

Traveled over 14hrs within two days to come stay at this beautiful condo . Plenty of space for multiple people . My kids have informed me they want to stay here forever & I agree with them ! My husband and I are from the Northeast and recently traveled to Pensacola for a reunion with our closest friends and their families, who all live along the Gulf Coast. We stayed for a five-day weekend in Crib 2, and it was absolutely perfect.The condo is beautiful, spacious, and tastefully decorated with a relaxing beachy vibe. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the space easily accommodated our group—including kids, grandparents, and even our dogs—with room to spare.The balcony was a standout feature, offering stunning views of the beach and boardwalk. Casino Beach is right across the street, and the boardwalk is just a short, easy walk away. Everything was so convenient and accessible.The kitchen is impressively large, with plenty of counter space that made preparing group meals a breeze. There are also many great restaurants nearby, and the sand at Casino Beach feels like soft, white powder—truly a dream.We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed in Crib 2, last week of March 2025, this 4 bed, 4 bath condo was freshly remodeled and beautiful. Perfect location, walking distance to anything within 5 - 10 mins. The crosswalk to the beach is located directly in front of the unit. Met the owners and they are fantastic, very accommodating and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again, we will be back!

We stayed in Crib 2 and had such a great family trip!! Our kids and everyone else in our family cannot stop talking about how amazing this place was. :) The owners and management company did an exceptional job in every possible aspect of this property. Not only was this place spotless, but it truly had something for everyone and also had such a homey feel to it. I truly feel like this place was made with such love. The place had extremely comfortable furniture throughout the place, beautiful kitchen and such attention to detail throughout the entire place. Convenience was definitely a top priority in mind when designing this place, the kitchen for example had so many items, that if you needed to make coffee or a big family meal, it was like being at home because it really had everything you could possibly need. Parking is on site and the place is also pet friendly, if that is something you need. The views from the balcony to the beach are absolutely breathtaking!!! I felt like I was on my own personal island because it was so relaxing to look at. If you needed anything, the management company was great as well. My family and I were blown away at how amazing this place was. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

Stayed at a beach condo with friends, and it was an unforgettable experience! The highlight of our trip was definitely the spacious balcony, which provided plenty room for us to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. We spent many evenings out there, soaking in the beautiful views and sharing great conversations.The location of the condo couldn’t have been better. We were within walking distance of everything we needed—restaurants, shops, and, of course, the beach. It was just a short stroll to the ocean, making it easy for us to enjoy long days in the sun.One of our favorite activities was fishing from the beach pier, which was conveniently right across the street. It added an extra layer of fun to our trip.Overall, this beach condo was the perfect home base for our summer getaway.
