Take that much needed vacation away from it all and relax in this beautiful 15th floor, gulf front condo at Summerwinds West #1501. Located within walking distance to the longest pier along the gulf coast, restaurants and so much more, this condo is the perfect getaway for anyone.

This condo has recently been completely remodeled and offers gorgeous views of the gulf and the white sandy beaches of Navarre Beach from the wrap around balcony. This condo sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. The master bedroom has 1 King and balcony access. The second bedroom offers 1 Queen and faces the north towards the Santa Rosa Sound. The third bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on the top. Perfect for the kiddos! Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and it's own bathroom. The living room has a small sleeper sofa.

Summerwinds West amenities include a pool, hot tub, fitness room, BBQ area and a local store that offers bicycle rentals and so much more.

Once identified, any apartment discrepancies were tended to quickly. The apartment was well provisioned.Checking in and checking out was very easy. The building is very well maintained.
The cleaning service could use some monitoring. Most of the cleaning was around and not under. Looks clean on a walk through but when I moved furniture, additional cleaning had to be done.

The condo was very nice and overall clean. Couches could use a good cleaning. Shower in master suite could use a shower caddy to hold your things. Overall my family and I would stay here again. Great views!!

This condo is a real gem. It is very well furnished, clean and quiet. The responsiveness of the managers to maintenance issues was outstanding. Several deficiencies that were discovered after occupancy were obviously due to not being reported by the previous tenants.
The location of the Summerwinds condominiums is ideal. There is easy and quick access to food (groceries) ,fuel ,medical services and restaurants. Several good restaurants are within walking distance. Neighboring communities such as Pensacola, Ft Walton Beach and Destin are easily to get to.
I look forward to my return.

The condo was magnificent when you open the front door and see the emerald coast. It was so refreshing and comfortable. The layout accommodated the 3 of us without any problems. We even was able to see dolphins from the balcony. The only recommendation is the balcony future to be upgraded like Adirondack chairs. It was a lovely week at the condo. The complementary beach chairs and umbrella were an asset.
