It offers an open concept living room and kitchen area and has a dining table that seats up to 4 people. The kitchen area even has a small bar with 3 bar stools. Just off the living room is a half bath for easy access.
On the third level you'll find the master bedroom that offers one King bed with a private bathroom that has a stand-alone shower. The guest bedroom has one Queen bed and a guest bathroom in the hallway with a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom has Sound front views of the water and the guest bedroom offers partial views of the Gulf located just across the street. This townhome sleeps up to 5 people easily and is a great place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The owners of this townhome have graciously added two single seat kayaks for guest use!
